Retain Resource Planning is intuitive, powerful and feature-rich resource management system containing multiple integrated modules. The software can be utilised as a Microsoft Windows platform, a web application, or both. Bookings are presented in a traditional wallchart style and the built-in flexibility of Retain empowers you to view your planning data any way you like it. It fits organisations of all shapes and sizes. Built with scalability and security in mind, Retain gives you the tools to deploy and manage the application. Retain supports multiple alphabets, calendars, work hours, time zones and currencies. It also has a strong track record of integrating with leading enterprise systems such as SAP, Elite, Oracle or NetSuite.
The major clients are audit companies and banks, such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, E&Y, KPMG, etc. The team in Bulgaria is part of the project since 2000 and developed applications for bookkeeping, human resource management, and databases, as well as a system for project management and a universal on-line chat system for customer feedback, support, and Q&A.
A number of world-known companies are using Retain system to manage and optimize their resources. The current scope of the project is to maintain and support the existing system features and implement new client required ones. The project uses the agile management process Scrum and in the beginning of each sprint, the deliverables are defined, as well as the deployment deadline.
